Operation Hope is the outreach arm of Lighthouse Ministries International which is part of the vision given to Pastor Hank to not only meet the needs of people but bring a lasting and powerful impact on the community to draw them to Jesus Christ. This ministry oversees all the ministry outreaches that brings hope to the hopeless and the Good News of Faith in Jesus to help bring dreams and new vision to thousands of men, women, children and families! We bring value to each person we touch, the wonderful value that God has placed on each of us as children, sons and friends of God.
To this Good News of the Gospel is added work of faith; food, clothing, toys, gifts, fun, games and encouragement. The ministry encompasses jail and prison ministry, nursing homes, food basket programs for individuals, a food bank operation, food distribution in conjunction with Operation Blessing, large community event outreaches in public parks: Easter of Hope, Thanksgiving of Hope, Christmas of Hope, youth and children events, door to door evangelism and Operation Turkey Drop.
"What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him? If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food, And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit? Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: show me thy faith without thy works, and I will show thee my faith by my works."
